Kaiyodo. My resolution to streamline
my collection to Revoltech only is becoming more pronouced after the mega-updates in the Revoltech line-up as announced during the
Wonder Festival SUMMER 2007.
Finally, the SKULL is here! Revoltech VF-1S Strike will be the next Macross after Super Valkyrie VF-1J [TV Ver.] Hikaru. During my childhood days, I have always loved this leader class hero from the Macross series.Due to be released in October 2007.
The Humanoid range has evolved to a new line-up, FRAULEIN REVOLTECH. This range of Revoltechs are getting more and more realistic, which I believe is attributed to expanding on the G2 design (such as SABER). These hot new female characters are so gonna heat up the game, drawing all the PVC collectors into the world of Revoltech.First up, Ayanami Rei, pilot of EVA-00 from Neon Genesis Evangelion animation. The series need no introduction as I have posted plenty of galleries of Revoltech EVA robots. Ayanami Rei, I believe to be every anime fanatic's dream girl! Call me Otaku, but I had lost sleep over her (was watchin' the animation lah!). My dream has come true! *Droolz*Due to be released in December 2007.

Next up, also from FARULEIN REVOLTECH series, is Rin Tosaka (standing next to Rei) from Fate/Stay Night animation (same series as SABER). Just look at the body shape! Kudos Kaiyodo, for you have made Revoltech look so close to sculpted figures! From great artist Shunya Yamashita (山下しゅんや), character designer for a few Square's projects such as Final Fantasy X, unique for his adult-themed animation artworks, comes a character from his Sweet Dreams Artbook. If you haven't bought his artbook, please do so! It is a MUST-BUY!!!!When there is Ayanami Rei, how can they not have Asuka Langley? Asuka is the pilot of EVA-02 from Neon Genesis Evangelion animation. Look at the fantastic hair sculpt! Superb!Figures Release Dates Not Confirmed.
Before, we had GAIKING (No.024), GETTER1 (No.001), then came GETTER1 OVA (No.031), coming September is GETTER1 OVA Black Ver (No.034). Now we can expect GAIKING (Open Face Ver.)!Due to be released in November 2007.A fourth GETTER1 in Revoltech, Shin GETTER1. This new GETTER1 has gothic 'batman-like' wings, and I love winged characters such as MazinKaiser, Griffon and EVA-MP! Due to be released in October 2007.
In 2008, apart from rejoicing over the Olympics, we can rejoice over the release of these great characters coming as Revoltech. They are T-28 (鉄人２８号) (left) from the classic favourite Tetsujin No.28 (鉄人２８号) animation and Ingram (Movie Version) (right) from Patlabor The Movie equipped with a mean-looking shotgun.
And also Helldiver and Brocken from Patlabor animation series.Brocken due to be released in December 2007.
