Decided to revisit Ramen Santouka at Cuppage Terrace.
Indeed, the Orchard Road outlet sees lesser crowded than the one at Central.
Despite the done-ness of the ramen noodles here being slightly raw,
the overall taste is the same.
Just can't get enough!

My vote still goes to the classic Shio Ramen!
Rich, full-bodied flavour soup stock is top-notch!
