EATZ: Pristine Cuisine Beef Noodles

Pristine Cuisine Beef Noodles
Fork & Spoon
Novena Square
2

I am one who never believes in good food court in food courts (except Riverside Indonesian BBQ, PS), but I have just found one stall in the Fork & Spoon food court at Novena Square 2 that impressed me. Pristine Cuisine stall serves a good bowl of piping hot beef kway teow noodles that got me returning more than once.

Beef/Beef Ball Kway Teow Soup
S$3/4
Generous serving of kway teow (rice noodles) in a huge bowl of clear broth with fresh lettuce, decorated with parsley and fried minced garlic.

Verdict
The tender juicy beef and beef balls go perfectly well with the generous serving of kway teow. The deceiving plain-looking clear soup is actually a rich, tasty beef broth that just keeps you hooked. Hardly anyone will give a closer look at Pristine Cuisine since it does not have extra-outstanding signboards and awards. However, Pristine Cuisine does not require any more than the norm, for they serve some tasty beef noodles for at a real cheap price.. This random gem was discovered purely by chance.
The beef noodles from Pristine Cuisine definitely deserves two thumbs up for me.
