We also ordered a shared main entree, Pork Mole (pronouced as mo-lay).
The dish came with 2 succulent rib-eye pork steaks and a spiced cocoa dip.

The cocoa dip is a blend of mexican spice and herbs with cocoa. Being slightly bitter to taste, it requires a special method to savour this dish.
The pork steaks are cooked till 80% in a cutlet style. When the meat is dunked into the cocoa blend and chewed, the sweetness of the steak will meld the tastes together, making it a pleasant sweet delight.
