5 years ago, I started running again after a long period of sedentary lifestyle. Back then I could only do 2.5K and could barely keep an 8 min pace without being breathless. However, that was the start of a mission to change my lifestyle.

Today is also Diwali ๐ช. Starting my run through Little India to catch the festival lights, then head over to the Bay for 4 loops slow and easy run to finish another weekend halfie at 23.3K.
