D500 - Challenge Impossible, Define Possible - 7,406K

Challenging the impossible and defining the possiblility of the human body! 

Today also marks Day 19 of consecutively running more than 15 km daily, clocking 355.97 km (averaging 18.74 km daily). 
Running from Marina Bay Singapore to Keppel, over to office at Harbourfront Centre, being a fan of BMW means heading to BMW Singapore office as well, followed by climb up Henderson Road and back via River Valley and Orchard. 
Waking at 4am daily, trading sleep for run, stretching my time and not disrupting the daily hours. It was all worth it!
Setting an example for my children, hope one day they understand why I wake up so early and why they always see a sweaty side of me when they wake up. I do it for them and not just myself. Keeping fit, staying healthy!
