At 28mm, you can finally capture more than your standard AF 50mm f/1.8D, while enjoying every low light moments than your AF-S 24-70mm f/2.8 G ED with a smoother and creamier bokeh. The lens is equipped with SWM for quiet and fast auto-focus, while the Nano Crystal Coat reduces ghosting and flares. The lens has a switch which allows quick switch from M/A (autofocus with manual override, MF priority) and M (manual focus) modes. The "gold ring" on the rim of the lens marks its status as one of Nikkor premium lenses.
