My Impression
When I first knew about the Asus EeePC, I was going "eeek! Can this PC really peform?". However, after I saw it and tried it out in a roadshow, I was completely impressed by it. The smooth speedy operation and comprehensive pre-loaded applications makes switching from my Compaq (Windows XP) and iBook (MacOS X) the least consideration. The ultralight weight, small form and portability is what I would like to call a "palm-top PC". For those who wish not to compromise without Windows XP, plenty of websites and YouTube videos teaches users on how to install Windows XP on a Linux-based EeePC. The small capacity of the SSD is going to be a pain, but a portable HDD makes the sky the limit. The refreshing colours in Pure white/Blush pink/Sky blue/Lush green/Galaxy black can only make others so envy! I can only imagine myself at work, in a cafeteria, on the train, or even lying on the bed, holding it in one palm and the other tapping on the keypad/touchpad. Now sweat!

I am tempted to score this fabulous deal at S$398 (33% OFF) plus FREE 1.8-inch 20GB portable HDD!
Should I cheong to be the lucky few to grab this fabulous offer today?
