Performance Management

Wicked! I am doing my Performance Management in 30 minutes time.
I know that there are still goals that I have not yet achieved, it is definitely gonna pull down my overall rating.
I hope it doesn't affect my bonus too much! :p

A STRONG PERFORMER
Not exceptional to grant me a pay raise or promotion,
but I should be very much on the safe side!
I am satisfied considering that I have anticipated some less than A STRONG PERFORMER.

Target for next year:
AN EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMER
