They are the Immunos and Neuros, they are built by Ascendas and is part of the Phase II Biopolis.
The 'old' existing brown buildings of Biopolis I, were built by JTC.
So there was a possibility that they will not be hooked up via the Skybridge.
Skybridge is a network of connecting bridges that link the buildings of Biopolis I together via their fifth/sixth floor etc.
The Immunos stands beside Neuros, and both buildings stand at the corner of Proteos and Genome, forming an 'L'.
As the name suggests, I believe that Neuros will be a gathering point for all neurological research while Immunos will house all the immunology research, possibly SIGN.
